I. Love. Tacos.
I know that's not exactly an "out there" statement in our era of hipster-gentrified tacos. But I do! And a lot of my friends do too. I love to make tacos and I love to eat tacos. I went to Puerto Vallarta a few weeks ago and ate 18 tacos in a single day... It was glorious.
I'm a Chef/food writer living in Madison, WI and I plan on eating every single taco available in Madison. Want to come along for the ride?
