When rating tacos we'll have to break it down into several categories:
Shell: Corn or flour
Fillings: meat or other main filling
Accouterments: Salsa, toppings, radishes etc
Appearance: aesthetic appeal
These will be rated on a 1-5 scale. When we have multiple reviewers they will score each taco out of 20.
1 - Bad, cooked incorrectly, spoiled
2 - They are trying, maybe?
3 - Passable, average
4 - Interesting or high quality
5 - Unique, Flavorful need to come back for this!
